All-Day Diabetic Sock Collection

Clinically proven to increase circulation in feet and lower legs our All-Day Light Collection offers a lighter, thinner sock, making it perfect for warmer weather.

Neuropathy Socks

Neuropathy changes how your feet feel. Numbness, tingling, burning and cold feet make an ordinary sock seam or a tight cuff a real problem, and reduced sensation means small injuries can go unnoticed. Circufiber neuropathy socks are built to protect feet that can’t always protect themselves.

Why Circufiber for neuropathy

Every pair uses Circulight® IR technology, a mineral-infused yarn that captures your body’s heat and re-emits it as infrared light. In a clinical trial at Yale School of Medicine it was shown to increase circulation in the feet and lower legs, and the FDA has recognized Circufiber socks as general wellness medical devices. Better blood flow means warmer feet and more oxygen reaching the tissues and nerves that neuropathy affects.

Around that core, our All-Day Diabetic socks add a non-binding cuff that won’t restrict circulation, engineered padding clinically shown to reduce blisters, moisture and pressure points, a smooth, low-friction footbed, and moisture-wicking yarn to keep skin dry and intact.

Socks for peripheral neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy

Whether your neuropathy is diabetic, chemotherapy-related or idiopathic, the needs are the same: warmth, protection and no constriction. Choose low cut, crew or over-the-calf lengths; over-the-calf gives the most coverage for cold, numb lower legs. Available in 3, 6 and 9-packs, made in North Carolina.

Frequently asked questions

Do compression socks help neuropathy? Tight compression can worsen symptoms for some people. Circufiber socks use a non-binding cuff with light, graduated support in the arch only, so they hold their shape without squeezing.

Can socks really improve circulation? In a nationwide quality of life study, 85% of participants reported improvement in foot symptoms within two weeks of wearing Circufiber daily. Results vary by individual.

How long should I wear them? We recommend at least six hours a day. Many customers wear them to bed for cold feet at night.

What if they don’t help? Every order is backed by our 30-day Happy Feet Guarantee.

Circufiber® socks are not a treatment for neuropathy and do not replace medical care. Consult your healthcare professional about managing your condition.

FAQs

Our socks are designed in America and made with nearly 70 years of craft and expertise in North Carolina.

Sock Height measurements are from the top of the heel pad to the top of the cuff. Height manufacturing tolerances of .5” in either direction are to be expected.

We embed our proprietary blend of minerals directly into our Circufiber® yarns, making Circulight® IR virtually indestructible. While no socks last forever, Circulight® IR won't wash out or wear out, giving you the same benefits each and every time you wear them.

While just about all socks have some degree of “compression” (they wouldn’t stay on your leg otherwise), not all socks are defined as “compression socks.” Compression socks are specially designed to apply pressure to your lower legs, helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling. At present, we do not sell socks that would be considered “compression socks,” though our clinically-proven, proprietary infrared technology addresses similar conditions and provides many of the same benefits. Always consult with your medical professional if you have been advised to wear compression socks.

Presently, our socks do not have a non-skid/slip bottom. We will be offering non-skid/slip options in the near future. If you sign up on circufiber.com, you’ll be the first to hear about new products, offers and valuable discounts on Circufiber products.

You do not need a prescription to purchase Circufiber socks. At this time, our socks are not yet covered by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, FSA/HSA.

Our socks have been clinically proven to increase circulation in the feet and lower legs of people living with diabetes. While we have not studied our socks on people with conditions such as Edema, Charcot foot, etc. we have many customer reviews on circufiber.com that mention benefits for other foot conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about using our products to treat any disease or condition, please consult with your medical professional.
