Our Happy Feet Guarantee covers free returns for 30 days from the time you receive your socks. Simply contact us and we will provide a free return label. Once we receive the socks back in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
Return Policy Guidelines
- All Circufiber products are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- To request a return, please fill out the form below.
- If your order is eligible for return, you will be provided with a Return Label and shipping instructions.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Are there any charges for a return?
- There is no charge for returns.
- Eligible returns will be provided with a return shipping label.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s).
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Missing/Damaged Orders:
- If any products arrive damaged, broken or any part of your order is missing please contact our customer care team within 3 business days of delivery. You may be asked to provide pictures.
Exchange Policy
