Are you, or someone you know living with a stage of Type 2 Diabetes? Circufiber, makers of the world’s most scientifically advanced socks, is looking for participants in a 6-week Quality of Life Survey.
The Survey requires participants to wear Circufiber All Day DiabeticTM socks daily and fill out a 5-minute survey at the end of each week documenting their experience with the socks. Upon completion of the survey, participants will receive a $50 dollar visa gift card and be entered into a raffle for a $500 dollar Apple gift card. To be eligible, participants must be:
• At least 18 years old, and a resident of the United States or its territories.
• Currently living with some stage of Type 2 Diabetes: Insulin resistance, Pre-Diabetic, Type 2 Diabetes.
• Free from foot and/or lower leg skin ulcers/sores within the last 6 months.
