How do I redeem promo codes?

To order promotional items or specialty items from newsletters and promotional emails, you can either search them by name in the search bar or find them on the products page. Once added to your cart, enter the promo code at checkout. 

How do I add items to my cart?

Once you have selected your desired product along with the size, color, and quantity, click add to cart. A sidebar will appear on the right with all items in your cart. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping by clicking the "x" in the upper right-hand corner on this sidebar. You can access your cart at any time through the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This icon will also show you how many items are in your cart. 

How do I know if my order went through?

Once you have checked out, look for your order confirmation email. If it does not arrive soon after your order is placed, check your spam folder. This email will contain all of your order's information and let you know to expect a second email once your order has shipped. 

How do I check out?

Once you are ready to check out, find your cart icon in the upper right-hand corner and proceed to your cart. From there, select the checkout button and move to the shipping information page. If you have an account with us, please log in if you have not done so already, and your account information will populate. If you do not have an account and would like to checkout as a guest, you will have to fill in the relevant boxes and select a shipping service before moving to the billing page. Near the end of your order, we will ask you if you would like to create an account to make checking out easier next time. Once billing information has been added, please double-check all information for your order is correct before clicking “pay now”. After clicking "pay now", you will be directed to the order confirmation page with your order information, shipping information, order number, and receipt. You can print this page for your records. 

Your confirmation email will arrive shortly after you click "pay now" with all of the information listed above. We will also send you an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once you have submitted your order, it cannot be changed.

What if I have a problem?

If you would like to contact us about your pending order or have any other questions, you may contact us at or through contact us regarding your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will contact you immediately to provide a solution.

Shipping Advisory

We have experienced supply chain delays with our US based dye process, particularly with our black colorways. Expect occasional delays in product shipments. We will notify you when your order ships.
